Charlie Ferriman is an award winning entrepreneur, neurodiversity consultant, trainer and strategist with lived experience of ADHD. As Co Founder of Neurodiversity Global, he leads the development of evidence informed frameworks, programme design and practical strategies that embed neuroinclusion into workplace culture and organisational performance.
Charlie is the mind behind the NEURO Framework — Neurodiversity Global's consultancy model for translating psychology, systems thinking, lived experience and workplace data into measurable organisational change.
His work brings together qualitative insight, quantitative analysis and practical implementation. He helps organisations identify barriers, redesign processes and build sustainable inclusion infrastructure that supports leaders, managers and teams.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Charlie has designed programmes supporting improvements in communication, risk reduction, manager confidence and inclusive workplace design.
