Rich Ferriman is an award winning neurodiversity consultant, accredited CPD neurodiversity trainer and former IBM Executive Partner. He brings more than 25 years of senior business leadership, transformation and operational experience across complex organisations where performance, clarity and culture matter.
Rich does more than advocate for neurodiversity awareness. He operationalises it. His work bridges the gap between boardroom strategy and front line reality, helping organisations move beyond compliance and build practical neuroinclusive systems that improve confidence, reduce avoidable friction and create measurable change.
Rich is AuDHD and dyslexic, diagnosed later in life, and the father of four neurodivergent children. His work combines lived experience with commercial judgement, leadership insight and practical delivery — giving him credibility with employees, managers, HR teams, executives and boards.
His delivery is direct, practical and grounded in real workplace conditions. He helps leaders understand how neurodivergence shows up through communication, performance, adjustment conversations, psychological safety, disclosure, team friction, manager confidence and the legal risks of inaction.
"Helping organisations move from awareness to action, and turning neuroinclusion into something leaders can understand, teams can use and organisations can measure."
